Instructions for speakers:

• Presentations must be done with common presentation tools (MS Office, Adobe PDF, Open Office).
• Presentations in Macintosh format will need to be converted. It will not be possible to connect your Mac to the desk.
• The video files related to the presentation must be in the same folder as the presentation file in mp4 format.
• Discussions will take place at the end of each session.
• In the interest of each speaker, we please you to strictly respect your speaking time.
• The session moderators lead the session (call for speakers, respect for speaking time) and animate the debate.
